Certain dishes are only available during CNY and one of my favourite is the Yu Sheng (鱼生). Today, we decided to order a tray from the Zhi Char store opposite my place since it is normally very crowded and long queue at restaurants within shopping malls during weekends.
I decided to add a twist to our Yu Sheng by replacing the oil given with extra virgin olive oil which brings out the fragrant and taste of the Yu Sheng instantly. I’ll recommend you to give it a try soon!!
