14 February 2014 is the occurrence of 3 events: 元宵节 （in celebration of the 15th and last day of Lunar New Year), the Chinese Valentine’ Day and worldwide known Valentine’ Day.
Chinese family gathers on 元宵节 in celebration of the ending of the Lunar New Year. As for everyone else, how did you spend your Valentine?
Hubby arranged a day of fun at Resort World Sentosa, Singapore Universal Studio.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So we went to my favourite hawker located at 79 Telok Blangah Rd. We tried the Tiong Bahru Lo Mee. This noodle goes perfectly with lots of black vinegar, minced garlic and chilli.

After our fun, time to satisfy our lunch hunger. We had western food at Aston Specialties which serve a wide range of western food choices at an affordable pricing below SGD$10.
I ordered the Hickory BBQ Chicken that comes with 2 side dishes of your choice and a glass of Iced Lemon Tea.
Hubby ordered a Black Pepper Chicken that also comes with 2 side dishes and a glass of root beer float.
All the above for just SGD$24.90. How much more can you ask for?
As for dinner, we had a family gathering of good food and company. Too hungry so Forgot about photography.
Some of you must be thinking what I prepared for hubby? Well… The way to my man’s heart is Food.
We met 12 years ago and our first movie was entitled ‘Tiramisu’ and since then, tiramisu is significant to us.
Look at the happy hubby’s face once he can finally taste his wife’s tiramisu, specially made with love!!
