I am thankful for friends who I do not get to meet up as much as we all want to; but each get-together always make my day a splendid one, just by catching up and knowing everyone is doing great!!
Today, I cooked for 2 girlfriends who specially came over to my place for our long overdue catch up and of course, priority is to see my little one.

Specially cooked for Julie who travel frequently for business trip and haven’t gotten use to the food in UK. Added lots of herbs to aid in strengthening the body.
Spinach in Oyster Sauce
Easy to prepare dish for Qinny who likes to use Vegetables in her healthy cooking & baking. An amazing young lady who aces in everything she does.
Tofu with Chicken Floss
Steamed the tofu and added light soya sauce and chicken floss before serving.
Salmon in White Wine
A simple and healthy way to cook salmon with ease. Add about 15-30ml of white wine of your choice (depending on size of fish) and bake for 20mins. Serve Hot.
Samsui Chicken served with Lettuce (specialty of Soup Restaurant)
Had craving for the Samsui Chicken so
the lovely husband bought them at Soup Restaurant. The Samsui Chicken comes with lettuce and minced garlic sauce. It is a Must Order!
Breaded Cod Fish Fingers and Seaweed Chicken
Went to the wet market too late so have to substitute baby’s favourite fish with the frozen breaded cod fish fingers. Added the seaweed chicken as a side starter.
