I love Singapore vibrant cultural heritage as I grow up in this city where people live in harmony, regardless of race, language or religion. As a modern city, we have many travellers coming from around the world and leaving their footprints and heritage for the many generations to learn about one another. That’s why I enjoy introducing the cultural heritage via my cooking.
This week has, unknowingly, been an exciting cultural week with cooking and dining out for an adventure to the palate on different Southeast Asia cuisines.
